HALA was born from these memories. I grew up surrounded by rose water, in teas, sweets, and celebrations, a flavour that carries joy, nostalgia, and connection. Roses embody love and beauty, their delicate fragrance and soft, sweet flavour filling desserts and teas with the same warmth and joy they represent. Loved by many, embraced in our traditions of warmth, hospitality, and togetherness.

When I set out to create HALA, I wanted more than a drink. I wanted to capture the laughter, the rituals, and the quiet moments that make life beautiful. By blending rose water with sparkling bubbles, HALA became a way to honour the past while offering a fresh, sparkling experience for today.

HALA is more than a name. It is a greeting, a smile, and an open door. It is also the name of our founder. In Arabic, it means both hello and welcome, perfectly capturing the warmth we hope to share in every bottle.
